ST-900 power cable fault locatoradoptsthe circuit specially designed for the reflection characteristics of power cables. The test results are more accurate, stable and intelligent. It can position the power cable fault distance advanced through low-voltage pulse ranging or pulse current ranging, which greatly improved the test efficiency.

(Note: The pulse current ranging function needs to be used with a high-voltage signal generator to measure the distance from the fault point to the test point based on the reflected waveform of the fault point.)

Application

It has three test mode of low voltage pulse, pulse current and intelligent bridge, which are suitable for accurate distance measurement of high resistance, flashover, broken wire, low resistance and other types of faults of power cables. Pulse current and intelligent bridge functions are optional and you can choose the required function according to your actual request.
